This is a mold to bend wood with for a penny board. The way this is done is using thin plys of wood glued together then putting them in a vacuum bag for a day or so until the wood is bent along the mold. Then you can use a band saw or equivalent can cut the outline and sand.

I wanted to try to 3D print a small skateboard that was usable and strong. This is what I came up with, it is just slightly bigger then a penny board, at 23" (58.5cm) in length. A $15 plastic skateboard was used as a donor for the wheels and trucks. Has angled aluminum running through the inside as supports, as well as 6 pins that hold the joint together.
