I scaled the main body to fit the 40mm Pimoroni mini speakers, only 3W each. Changed the side plate to make it easier to print and made some basic TPU feet to decouple. Basic housing is for a USB battery bank that can run the Pi Zero and amp for many hours. Kit of parts from Pimoroni including Pi Zero W, 32GB SD and OS, Pirate audio amp and screen, 2 x 3W plus 40mm speakers. Sound is surprisingly full and certainly enough for a small room. I guess i comes in under 50 GBP with 10 for printed...

Pirate Audio Line Out box. Just basic box for the nice small Raspberry Pi extension board. It is done at such a way that you screw this first to the front with a long 3mm screws, so you have all in place - then you put this to box external wall, then the back and you screw altogether. Easy to assembly. Do not put too much pressure. Two versions of the external box - one without any holes - just do the hole after print to fit your connector. Second - with the holes - could be it would not fit...
