Herewith i want to share my design of a RC boat motor mount. The motor mount is designed to mount a Graupner Bushless Speed 600 BB motor but can be used for numerous types of brushless and brushed motors with a mounting diameter of 25mm. I've integrated slotted holes at the side walls can be used for fixing the motor wires with cable ties. The motor angle can be adjusted 45 degrees. Measured torque of the screws has to be arround 60Ncm, not more! I've printed the parts with my Anycubic Photon...

This is a version of Skimbal's Turtle Shell Racer High Power, slightly modified to work with the New Bright #1680 model RC car. The original called for #2424 which does not seem to be available any longer. #1680 is available at Target as of this writing (May 2012) All the original files have been run through netfabb to fix slicing errors. There are a couple of new files and/or modifications needed - see the instructions.

The Corsac Rover is a mini FPV rover that uses nice quality Pololu tracks, wheels, and motors. This is a simplified model of the C-47 airplane. The model is divided into several parts that fit onto my Makerbot Replicator Dual build plate. The wingspan is approximately 80 cm. The total take off weight of my model is around 500 g (including a 3s lipo with a weight of 75 g). If possible try to keep the weight even lower. Based on the modification done by Obee, I designed a 3D printed coupler to attach a small (1/8"x1/16") disk shapped rare earth magnet to the control linkage for the spoilers. This makes it easier to assembly the plane at the field. This is a 1/10 scale fuel jug, based off a VP Racing style jug I found online. Use a 3mm ID 5mm OD silicone tube cut to 30-40mm for the tube or use one of the STL files for a rigid version. I used adaptive layer heights in cura, otherwise I would recommend 0.1mm for best detail. Post your makes!

Couldn't find any good reference models online for sub-micro servos, not with decent file formats at least, so I made some myself. Simple FT Power Pod designed for a quadcopter motor. holes are spaced apart 19 mm. Bolt holes are 3,1 mm to fit M3 bolts. I use a RacerStar BR2205 and my wires fit trought the spacing on top. It friction fits nicely.

I needed to make something to get my car moving on the snow! So as a test i made these wheels for fun. I only have a touring car with a low ground clearance which might not be ideal for this kind of driving but as i had nothing else i might as well give it a try. It worked quite well and i had alot of fun testdriving them! Update 1: Added new version (A.7) with better center support. Inspired by Thing-O-Fun's "Functional Differential Gear System" I decided i should make one for my RC car. So i did. I scaled down the gears from the above mentioned Thing, and designed the rest of the parts in my favourite cad software. And it works surprisingly well, my car is 4WD so i have two of these in the car right now!
