Made a basic Pi Zero W case for my Teslausb setup. It has a sliding cover with vent holes. No screws needed. The 4 studs keep the Pi Zero W in place. I didn't make an opening for the GPIO since I didn't need it. Lid might be a tight fit towards the end depending on your printer. Might need to run the grooves with a knife if your printer wasn't able to print it well. I didn't have a problem though. There's access for the MicroSD, mini-HDMI, microUSBs, and camera ribbon.

This is a simple mount or brace for a Pi Zero on the back of the 3,5" TFT from Adafruit. I wanted to mount the case for the Raspberry Pi Zero WH to fit onto the frame of my Ender 3. The rail profile I made fits pretty well, there is just enough room that you can slide the case in and out without much force. It should fit in other places as well, my favourite position is next to the display. Also I changed some details, closed the front port since I will not be using the camera and added some ventilation opening.

WIP - RaspberryPi Zero W MMDVM Case with 0.96" oled screen. Custom bolts secure case together. Still need to make cut out on the lid for Status LEDS. Please leave any comments. Not printed myself yet. Hopefully at weekend. When printed will upload the photos.

As I own a few Raspberry Pi Zero I haven't been successful in finding exactly that smart housing for it as I need. There are some cases in Thingiverse, but something is always missing. So, I designed this case. As well to improve my 3D modeling skills with Google Sketchup and to learn more on 3D printing. Update: I printed the cover at 100.5% scale and now it snaps perfectly. Update: I just printed it. I will have to change somethings as my pi isn't holding well enough and so is the cover. update: I needed to mount a 3mm led with enough room for the leads, so I made a holder. I separated the holder from the cover just so it would be easier to print without support. original: I just added some screw mounting ears. should fit #8 screws

My printer kept screwing up the circular ventilation hole on the original so I remixed it with a different pattern which I also added to the back. The second version has a simplified design for the ventilation holes, thus improving ventilation and making it even easier to print without errors.

This is a simple housing for a DreamPi setup using a Raspberry Pi Zero W. I wanted a way to fit both the usb modem and the pi in a small form factor and that's what this is.
