My girlfriends daughter broke one of these buttons on her Crocs and asked me if I could make one for her. So I took the broken one and super glued it back together to get some measurements and designed this in Fusion360.

Little plasitc part wich pushes switcher of stop lights on Honda Fit (Jazz) and other models. The part to be installed into hole in brake pedal. Print with supports. ID=3mm OD=5.4mm Sadly the manufacturer does not supply these parts anymore and recommended 'installing a modern and more suitable' curtain. These one was 'beyond repair' they said and it would be cheaper to install a new one. ... Guess what. The Photo with the screw in the back shows the original, the other photo shows the printed replacement. (Not affiliated with the manufacturer in any way)

I have a pair of sony MDR-V500 headphones. The sound is still good, and they are comforatable to wear. So comfortable that in the last 10 years the plastic parts on the ends of the band to hold the ear pieces have broken and been repaired with epoxy, nuts & bolts, JB Weld, string, tape, etc. It's about time I print out new ones *Updated 2012-07-17*: Adjusted the shape based on a fit test. A replacement teapot lid for those times when the lid of your teapot goes missing, or gets smashed. I live in a two teapot house and have both lost a lid and smashed one recently. I printed this using some funky translucent blue PLA but am not sure if it’s the best material as it softens slightly under the heat of the steam. Would be interested to see whether other materials work better or hear opinions on if it matters.

Elna Presser Bar Lifter #411461-10 I recommend printing with supports at 100% infill as the middle of the presser bar has an angle step which is a weak spot.

Somehow the upper retaining ring on my V10 dust bin broke, and this holds the red gasket in place. I checked various Dyson parts supply places, including the Dyson site itself, and none of the dust bin pieces are sold separately. I took the existing broken piece and designed a replacement in Fusion 360. The printed part fits well, and beats paying $30-40 for a new bin.

Vax platinum carpet cleaner water tank clip/latch replacement. Designed in OpenScad. Still a work in progress, one more segment might be required, but that requires a bit more iteration still. Printing: I've printed in 0.3mm layers, but no supports required currently. Uses around 7g of filament.

fairly accurate drawing made of the internal plate that acts on the ViewMaster stereoscopic slides, this is from the later (90's model) ViewMaster International model found in Australia. I was wondering if a small complex part would be feasible in simple PLA... and it is. This replaces the typical slider piece of a hobby knife, those that use 18 mm width blades. The lock works and it is quite smooth to use in general. Use CA (super glue) to join the 5 pieces as shown in the animation. It is easier if you have activator spray for the glue.

We had a bracket break on our curtain rail so instead of buying a new one i printed some. 40% i imagine you could get away with less 4 shell layers and a 30mm M3 bolt adds some top strength and stops any sliding. I printed 2 together with the wall section flat to the bed.

This is a replacement end clip for Bali window blinds. This is just a little bit tighter than the originals. The originals have a tendency to fall out. So give these a solid push to get them in and they will never fall out. I printed them flat side down at 0.2mm with 100% infill.

Well I was forced to draw this up in Autocad because I accidentally threw my filter holder away with the contents of the vac. I was going to leave it at that .. but thought that there might be someone as careless as me. Now I use a old pantyhose for the filter. I just wrap it around this part and cut off the rest. Works like a charm

These parts will allow you to replace your Scotts Mini spreader wheels with some Harbor Freight wheels. You will need a zip tie to keep the rear half rings attached to the axle. This was a great first project.

The baby bouncer was missing a foot, so I made one. Printed in PLA, should work on any pipe that is 20mm or 3/4" in diameter. It printed fine for me without supports with the flat base as the file shows. Simple tinkercad construction.

If you have an older version of the Brumate Hopsulator cup that has separate lids for holding in a can of soda vs the sippy cup lid like I do, then maybe you also lost the can retention lid like I did :( Or maybe you just want to create a custom colored lid! :D 3D Printer to the rescue! Very happy to have my cup back in working order. I printed this in PETG but I think PLA would probably work fine also seeing as you're holding a cold drink.

Designed to snap onto 25mm chair rail legs, with 5mm set screw hole. Allows for quiet shifting of your chairs on hard surfaces. This is a replacement part fo the Commercial Electric branded light bulb changer part that connects the light bulb holder to the rod. The fit is very snug for the 8 metal flaps, so expect to use some force to insert them in. The non standard threads on the pole were pretty tricky to get a perfect match so it's quite snug as well.
