1 Way valve improved from another design This must be printed with support. Infill can be greater than 50%. Layer height .2-.3 Valve goes directly with mask by Budash and allows for more compliant material to be used. It also minimizes health hazard of material being inhaled and lodged within the trachea. Unless you have a laser cutter, I suggest purchasing a 3/4" hammer driven hole punch from McMaster-Carr for valve diaphragm and 0.006" thick material. Best of luck!

Hi, I am working on designing a mask from TPU that could be directly 3d printed on fabric. The mask could be reusable since the materials will be resistant to alcohol and could also be washed in soap and water. I am working on sourcing a custom manufactured fabric that has copper infused fibers but b what I understand even a t-shirt is better than nothing. little cover for the outlet valve of the 3M 6002 respirator, it just snaps on the outlet valve very easily allowing to redirect the air flow on the lower side and to prevent dust, paint droplets and other things to accumulate in the valve. I ( and some of the nurses I work with) have found that wearing the respirator with a face shield will sometimes cause fogging. We needed a solution to redirect the exhaust from the mask downwards and away from our field of view. I remixed the surgical mask filter for the exhalation valve to allow the air to be vented downwards. I'm new to 3D Design and only got into it as a result of needing to print PPE for myself and my coworkers. If anyone has any improvements feel free to remix as needed....

A remix to adapt a 3M 7500 series mask to exhaust into 5/8 hose. Not many people will need this I wager, but here it is. Print and use at your own risk, I have done no flow calculations.

Internal exhalation filter for 3M 7500 series re-usable respirator. Exhaled air now filtered and thus can be used in sterile surgical field. Filter box has an attachment that latch into the hole inside the respirator. Breathing should be easier as the filter area is larger than other external filter adapters for 7500 series published in Thingiverse. Installation as per photo. Disclaimer: Use at own risk

this small design was made for make your exhale filtered as inhale.With this mode your mask start to protect people around you if you infected and don't know about that. HOW TO USE: Just add some filtering material like surgical mask (proper side!) or cotton disks (not recommend) and fit two parts together. I recommend to change filter every time before you leave/ In some countries health department prohibit to use respirators as they don't protect people around person who wear a respirator....
