This is my solution to the [Festool MFS-400](https://www.festool.com/accessory/492610---mfs-400#/) or [Woodpeckers Variable Router Jig](https://www.woodpeck.com/routing/woodpeckers-variable-router-jig.html) adjustable router templates. It uses a narrower version of the same extruded aluminum profile used by Woodpeckers. I have no idea if it will be available where you are, I'm in Japan and have linked to my supplier to assist in identifying the items, or as a last ditch source of getting the...

This gives precision lift capability to a standard plunge router enabling it to be mounted under a table. The hardware used will be very much dependant on the router model and table used. As an example, my silver line router had some convenient points in the aluminium base to drill some holes and, using a few washers, anchors the threaded rods nicely. your mileage may vary. The only 3D printed part that needs specific hardware is the metric 8mm quad-start 2mm pitch lead screw. This is the same...

This is a 3D printed router lift designed originally for the Makita 1-1/4 HP Corded Router. The plate and insert files are meant to be recessed into a larger plate, plywood or acrylic, etc. They lock together with a quick turn of the wrench and the insert can be modified to fit any size router bit. This is still a WIP so as I get parts completed I will continue to upload them and I will eventually upload pictures of the completed design, along with links to all the parts that are not printable.

This might fit on a large 3D printer like the CR-10 or Anet E12 - Will also try to work on single brand plates so there are fewer holes in the base. If you have hole placement for the ones I'm missing, please let me know and I'll draw it. I needed a circle jig for my router, but didn't want to wait a few days for one to get shipped to me. This OpenSCAD code generates router table inserts for the Bosch RA1181 Benchtop Router Table (which I have), and presumably for the Bosch RA1171 Cabinet Style Router Table (which I do not). The design is more similar to OEM inserts with tabs to lock the Insert in place than the Source Thing from which it was remixed. Very little original code remains, though without it I would likely not have completed my first "useful" OpenSCAD design. My initial design used thinner "ribs"...

A router hanging high on a wall should distribute signal throughout the house better than sitting low on a table. This open design allows for the back of the router to be mounted against a cool surface to help cool the router - this router gets hot when used by 5 or 6 devices at once, so dissipating heat was important. This wall mount clip should work for most similar wireless routers. It was built for Alcatel but should work for similar HTC router. This Alcatel router is 90 mm long x 14 mm...

Remix of DIY Dremel CNC by Nikodem Bartnik remix by Krzysztof Nowak. Still a work in progress but I hope it all lines up properly. Loved the remix by Krzysztof but wanted to make the axes a little stronger so remixed corners and carriage to take 2 rods. I've taken dimensions from Krzysztof Nowak so all his stop-switch covers fit. I resized the holes so that there's only 2 files - print 4 corner supports and 2 carriage pieces. I printed with supports for the holes.

I bought a secondhand Triton MOF001 plunge router. The base was missing and I could not find an online store in South Africa that supplied the base for the MOF001. (The base for the TRA001 was widely available, but is 180mm in diameter.) So this started off as a remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4487225, but I managed to find the official base dimension template. So I designed it from scratch in Onshape. (I cant get the Remix search to find the original thing) And added additional...

A Dremel 3000/4000 series plunge router attachment. Fully 3D printed. How to use: 1. Screw in the inner part to your dremel 2. Screw the outer part to the inner. You can adjust its height by not screwing it in fully. You can break out the small window holders on the left & right side so you can screw/unscrew bits with this attached. Feel free to adit the source for very long/short bits (I'm using it with the no. 194 bit).

While building my own DIY CNC, I needed to cut some T-slots on the table so I can fix some clamps. I decided to design a new base plate for my Makita RT0701C so I could cut the slots equally spaced 3" apart. In the process of designing the base and after printing the first one, I found out that the hole pattern is not totally symmetric and the cutting tool is not centred between the mounting holes. I really don't understand why Makita would do something like that!. So, I reversed engineer...

Summary This is a circle jig for routers. It has several features not commonly found in other circle jigs. • It has very minimal hardware requirements, and requires just an m6 threaded rod (cut in two parts of equal length). The rods just screw into the router baseplate. • You can pin the centre pivot with either a screw through the middle (~4mm Ø), or with small nails (4x holes @ 2mmØ) • It uses print in place cam locks that lock the cutting radius without changing t he radius (the...

This is my solution for storing router bits. Each bit has its own block and the block is removable from the container for easy grab and go.The system is infinitely expandable as needed. There is a block for 1/4" bits and 1/2" shank bits as well as for 1/2" shank bits that are extra large (like raised panel bits etc). I also labelled the block with shank size so it's easy to tell what you are grabbing. Hope this is useful!
