I needed to have a heat isolator that I put around an SoC to concentrate the heat from a heat gun onto the SoC. 10 Minutes of SCAD and done... Print upside down (probably obvious)

A simple way of keeping cables from falling off the desk when not attached. Use double back tape or attach a magnet and attach it to a desk or rack. Slide a cable into the slot. Modify as needed after all, it's just code.

A small thing to put a Fritz!Box to a wall at a higher position. To see the LEDs it has to be orientated this way. There are no planed hole for this direction, so I used the ventilation holes on the back. This is made for a 7362SL, maybe it fits to other models too

I needed compartment size that I didn't found for Small items organizer by cruzher so I made 12 SAME SIZED compartments drawer. Summary Couldn't find any with room for a shield, so here's one of my own. No hole for miniHDMI, since I don't use that in the location this is designed for. Massive microUSB holes because I'm lazy. Update 2017-01-25: I had this printed, and the microUSB hole was too low, and the lid hard to get off. I've moved the microUSB hole and added nubs in the walls to allow the lid to come off. Still not sure if the microUSB hole is at the right place.

A friend asked if I would print out some plastic .357 bullets for a demonstration he was working on. So I hit thingaverse to find an stl. I liked the Parametric Bullet Script by JohnA, but it didn't have the bullet I was looking for. It also had a lot of measurements I didn't understand in the script, so I ended up writing one of my own. I went ahead and Incorporated a curve into the bullet. I thought it looked cool that way :)

These are tokens for simple NPC's when doing Tabletop Roleplay, but could be used for Player Characters or even for Wargaming when you havent purchased the figures yet! The container is sized by default for my Dicebox. Sorry. Because of the Size of the text, less text at a larger font size is better. Someone suggested that I make a ship in a bottle and I tried using natural PLA but the transparency was very far from good enough. A second version of the Cesar Manrique inspired lamp. This one is easily printed on a basic reprap. It does require glueing of the 3 pieces of the shade together though. Illumination provided by a 12v GU4 bulb. The one you see in the pictures was printed in PLA and painted with a bronzing kit.

I love emmett's folding cubes. But with my kids they get played with so much that the hinges don't last long. This is a simple hack to replace the cone and socket hinge with holes for hinge pins. The finished cube is comparatively indestructible. I printed at 125% in Makeware, then drilled the holes out just a tiny bit to 3mm. This is convenient as I have a large quantity of old 3mm filament.
