Just some end caps to fit a 22mm plastic or metal pipe for the "Filler - The Customizable Filament Holder that fills your printer! " so you don't have to print out the full roller again if the caps on the end break. Use 100% infill for it all or use a supports blocker to give just the smaller nipple 100%. Summary Haven't tried this filtemedia for a moving bed filter but I'm definitely going to. Inside It has lots of protected area for bacteria to grow on. I guess PETG would be a good material. Summary This item requires the use of 2 608z skate board bearings. Print 2x of each item. Screw the axels together w/ 3mm screws. My pegboard rods have a small bend at the end cause I got them from an old store closing down. The center axel will fit 99% of all spools. From 200g to 5kg. The only spool I had that was 2mm too small was a 'Ziro' made flexible filament spool.

Liked the design but it didn't mount correctly using the original T-nuts, so I designed my own and tried to make it a little stronger just because. When mounting, be sure to not put your spool in line with your X axis motor. Pretty sure the bolts are are M5x8 and M5x12. Update: Thanks, to some feedback there is now a v1.1 that has slightly deeper hex nut slots for easier use and 3mm deeper bolt holes for mounting the T-nuts that should allow the stock M5x5 bolts to work.

Very simple and small filament spool rollers. Suprisingly stable. Only uses ~9 grams of filament per side. You need 4x 625 bearings for a complete set of 2 rollers. Fits every spool width. Because this design uses 625 bearings, which are smaller than the very commonly used 608 bearings, filament spools with sides thicker than 5mm won't fit! (But i haven't seen those yet) Very useful if you quickly need some rollers, as a backup, or if you simply don't want to spend too much filament!

This part is modified from an existing file found online. I have converted it to be used with thicker shelves (up to 30mm) and added an option for screws for easy removal and installation. This spool holder snaps on to V-Rail. Mount the V-Rail on a wall (see my V-Rail Wall Mounting Bracket https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3928468) and then you can easily snap this on and off the rail. It stays put once snapped on but it's easy to lift up a bit and slide to a new location. Once snapped in, the spool then can be moved on and off this easily. The only drawback is that it sags a bit but I haven't had any trouble with it coming off or anything. I think V-Rail is pretty standardized...

This print is not very polished and very few test prints were done, it was a print out of necessity after breaking my Maker Select V2 spool holder, if you print as is you will need to source bearings of the right size and do a wee bit of sanding. I had some bearings on hand of the 6203Z verity from another project; they have a 17mm id and a 40mm OD I also had some 5/16ths threaded rod (roughly 8mm) from a Z axis stability mod that’s a work in progress so I worked with what I had at the time....

Summary Flashforge Guider 2S or 2 brace for Hugohuge's Filler customizable filament holder. This is a new revision and much more refined as Hugo has graciously released the step files for his design. I have made this support free, however I'd advise to print with a skirt/brim if you have adhesion issues. Summary Really like the original design, but wanted to be able to use in on my Anycubic spool holder that has a 16mm shaft. So I modified the code to parameterize the inner diameter, and also the number of arms. Actually needed to modify the code more than I thought it might need as many elements relied on the fixed inner diameter for the 608 bearing.

Longer spool holder than the original. You can mount it directly with the original screws.
