I used the dimensions from the MUSE 3D corset to produce this model. Basically tracing over the original model with a new mesh. I separated the Stormtrooper corset on the sides to keep the detail on the front and back. The sides are meant to be laced much like the original.

simple Nerf target with a storm troopers face. the number 2 file is the upright and the base separated as I couldn't print it nicely as an L shape without wasting a lot of filament. now it is 2 flat prints and the face detail is on the top so it looks nicer.

I wanted to make a utensil for my buddy that was a Storm Trooper helmet, but the only thing I could find online was for money. This one is free. I took the Storm Trooper model from VintageTimeAustralia and made it functional. Fits a 12mm downstem. Mine seems to fit pretty well without any kind of glue or anything. Looking forward to trying it out. Be safe and legal.

This is an addon to slamzee's Stormtrooper helmet to easily add it to a keyring. I printed mine with a raft and linear supports which came off really easily, but I assume that when printing at this size or smaller it should be doable without supports. I've printed several of these and even with a raft and supports the post-printing work has been minimal, done in a couple of minutes. I've preferred that to risking sloppy overhangs and threading.

I have finally gotten around to making my salt shakers with a twist top lid, instead of a sliding lid. Both the lids were a little tight at first, but I carefully twisted each one on and off a few times, and they soon settled into place. The Storm Trooper is 2" in diameter and 1.75" tall. Darth Vader is 2.25" in diameter and 2" tall. The bottoms print without support. I used one small manual support in the middle of the holes to print the top. Enjoy!

OK! well now we know this is the actual helmet I took the old one, refined it some more, fixed the slant on the ear section, added the little props on the side of the head. All files have been processed with meshmixer and netfabb so they are all watertight ready for printing. I didn't make this, it would be around 100 hr print for all the parts. I thought it was a cool filament holder. You could create an area behind the eyes, and install a small light, to also keep your filament dry. Be careful not to burn your house down if you add the light. Units are inches - scale by 25.4 for mm
