I needed a universal stand for all of the e-things, here is ez solution. The little cord cutout should be large enough for an iphone cable and/or nintendo switch charger, so that should cover size questions in regard to most other things. Note - You'll need to rotate the model 90 degrees and print it on its side.

This is a phone, earbud, and other accessory tray and tablet stand for the Peloton stationary bike. This is version 1 after about 10 iterations. Admittedly the cable tie/ziptie mounts could be a little larger to accommodate larger zip ties, but I wanted a snug fit. No glue required for the cable tie mounts but can be glued in.

This is a portable tablet stand. It consists of two parts which can be put together. When in use, put the base on your desk and put the upper part into the rectangular hole. This should fit in quite snug. For transport, remove the upper part from the base and click it into the base using the notches. This keeps both parts secured for transport. In this flat form the stand can be easily fit into a pocket. The stand is designed to have a minimal footprint while still providing good stability.
