I purchased the Tough Ultimate Hotend Package from TH3D (https://www.th3dstudio.com/product/th3d-ultimate-hotend-package/) and needed a mount for the Titan Aero extruder. I also have a TH3D EZABL Pro. I made this support for the TH3D EZABL Pro (18 mm) sensor for the Bondtech DDS. I had tried another, but then realized that it covered up the sensitivity adjustment screw. This one is long enough that it will not interfere with the adjustment screw. The bracketry is also minimal to prevent hindering air flow to the hot end heat sink. Simple mount for the ezable on Bondtech's CR10s direct drive system. May work for other systems, but I only tested it on this one. I broke the OEM mount from TH3D for my EZABL Pro while trying to remove a nozzle, and the break occurred where the circular part of the mount connects to the upright "L". This is a modified EZOUT holder for those that are using the Ender 5 top mount spool holder with/with out the Ender 5 filament guide. I changed to Micro Swiss Hot end and was not happy with the tube flexing at the cooling block. It’s for the Ender 5 Pro. You will have to use two 3mm x 8mm bolts. I got tired if having to thread screws through the ABL mount and the fan bracket every time I had to clear a jam or change the hotend, so I added a slot to the ABL mount. To use, start 2 M3*16 screws and the fan bracket into the brace first, Once started, just slip the ABL mount onto the screws via the notches. Then tighten down to hold firmly in place.

I remixed Kyle's Z end stop trigger to hold my EZABL proximity sensor on the extruder motor. This sensor is 18mm in diameter with a couple of hex nuts and lock washers. I didn't use a lock washer on the bottom since I made a hex cutout for the nut. I also split this into two pieces so you don't have to remove the entire extruder to put this on. I suggest putting it on the motor before mounting the sensor, otherwise you can't really get to the screws.

This little guy is a wrench that is easily printed and made to slip OVER the wire/cable from a EZABL and fit the nut(s) to allow finger tightening very easily! You will want to print two of these to make setting or adjusting the probe heights which is necessary when to change or modify the fang or fan set up(especially ones that have integrated probe mounts!). The original design by mlynch002 fit the 4040 extrusion just fine but the holes on the design didn't line up with the stock (non-Meanwell) power supply on my Ender 3. I attribute this to variations in the manufacturers design of the power supply. I simply modified the size and location of the slotted screw holes. I used an M4 screw on the left side and an M3 screw on the right.

I needed a better way to mount my TH3D EZOut V2 filament sensor because the others that I found on the website didn't work for me and my set up. This is a solid mount camera arm add-on to offset the camera from the normal position. This is good for printers with a re-enforced frame that cannot have the arm at a 45 degree angle from the front right standoff. Expect some bounce on the camera as your bed moves. Change Log: 9/2/2018 -Changed 2 side prong width from 4.8mm to 4.7mm. -Adjusted nut height from 5.33mm to 5.6mm

Just a quick and dirty mashup of the stock TH3D EZABL mount and macd2point0's cable guide/strain relief bracket for the Ender 5 that I did in Tinkercad. Since the EZABL mount is just the stock version the probe offsets are the same.
