This is a ptfe tube cutting guide for the micro swiss all metal direct drive. The ptfe tube in mine shredded itself on the gears, which caused TPU to slip out of the gears and make the print fail. This ptfe needs to be cut to 50mm in length with two 60 degree cuts on the end according to Microswiss instruction. Just put your ptfe into the slot and with a razor blade cut through the narrow slits.

A known issue with winsinn dual gear extruder is the teeth from the second gear will eat away at the housing. A way to fix this is the file down gear a little less than 1mm and then print this washer to sit between the housing and the gear teeth. I would print several of these at once so you have them handy. Had to find a way to holder the filament sensor as I was not happy with it just floating around above the extruder so I come up with this what I think is a simple design. External PSU support for Ender 3 V2+ cover. You'll need to cut the original PSU cover to fit a 92x92 mm fan. You'll also need to do some rewiring. It's not really hard but it can be dangerous ! It's a PSU !! If you print the support with an Ender 3, you'll need to print the two half (cover01.stl + cover02.stl). The ender 3 is too small to print the entire support. At the end your PSU will breathe better and will be a lot more quieter I've use a Noctua 92x92x25 mm fan. Works like a charm !

Had layershifting problems on my Ender 3V2 and found a Reddit saying that these are caused by overheating drivers due to low quality parts/drivers. I opened up the mainboard cover and it really worked. This is a Ender 3V2 PSU Cover for a 40x40x20 fan with 3,8mm holes for screw inserts for attatching the cover to the PSU (Power Supply Unit). The 40x40x20 fan does stand out about 4,5 mm in comparison to the original fan. A 40x40x10mm fan version is also included. A modified version to fit an Ender 3 V2. Modifications from original: - 0.2 mm more space for the bars to fit but still don't slide on their own while printing - cutout for psu cover in two feet (it is the same foot, just mirrored) For a full set you need to print: - 2x squash foot (front) - 1x right psu squash foot - 1x left psu squash foot I just used cheap squash balls from decathlon. https://www.decathlon.de/p/squashballe-sb-990-2er-pack-zwei-gelbe-punkte/_/R-p-312192

This is a remix of a remix of the Satsana Fan Duct by eric-anastas which was remixed for dual 40x40x20/40 fan by Doityourselfgadgets. Add an 11mm height extension to your Ender 3 v2 with these feet to aid air circulation to the Main Board and power supply fans underneath. There is no need to remove the existing feet from your printer, just slip these over them and set it down. Note: These may fit other Creality printers such as the Ender 3, Ender 3 Pro etc, but as I don't have any, I can't test it to be sure. Let me know if these work on other printers and I can expand the description to cover them also.

Did you install a direct drive upgrade onto your Ender 3, and now want to cover the bottom of the NEMA 17 extruder stepper motor? Here's two versions of a cover with a hexagon pattern for you to use. I did it mainly because the metal finish on the bottom of the motor was highly reflective to my IR camera on my OctoPi. This helps cut down on the reflection a little.
