A high-res twisted hex vase for vase mode. One is a full turn, the other a quarter turn. The full turn will require a smaller layer height.

Matter Hackers may ask to have this removed but I mixed there Mascot to be able to print a huge one in Vase mode. I printed in petg with a .6 mm nozzle in cura with the width set to .8mm and the height to .15mm The speed was 40mm per second. The mods on model remove the sharp 90 degree bends that end up as holes in the print. The only one that is not 100% is the top of his shoes. I printed on a CR-10

Very simple and fast to print basic fan-cover for the Ender 3 (non-pro) motherboard fan. Printing: Print in vase mode: Spiralize Outer Contour Layer height: 0.2 mm. Line width : 0.6 mm. Speed : 60 mm/s Support : No BPA : Skirt Printing time: 35 min. You just have to drill two small 3mm. holes for the screws.

I really liked the 'Cute Hug Me Ghost" by gCreate, but I wanted to try printing it in vase mode. This is a minimal remix, making it a solid object to allow Spiral Vase printing. I used Meshmixer to separate the outer surface, convert to solid (hole filling), smooth and plane cut the base. I wanted a nice bird feeder for my parents balcony, but couldn't find one I liked. So I found a 1/4 litre glass bottle laying around my place and designed one myself. Death Star Xmas Ornament Stand. I Decided to make a stand for my death star to test out vase mode. I used a 1.0mm nozzle at 0.16 resolution. Nozzle temp = 215C Bed Temp = 60C Print speed = 40 I also included a slot in the base if you wanted to connect power for the LEDs. Printed better than I expected

It's a simple vase. I made this by creating a hendecagon, extruding it, shrinking the top and then twisting the top 90deg. Print it with single walls, no top layers and vase mode turned on.

A simple vase I designed using the Loft function in Fusion 360. It comes in two pieces, the vase part must be printed in vase mode (spiralize outer contour in Cura). The parts have the necessary clearance, you don't have to scale them to fit. You can use different colors to make it more interesting.

Aha! Fooled you. This is actually helical in nature, not a spiral. This is actually a descendant of my heavy metal vase. Just playing around with ideas and I removed the pyramid, increased the number of facets, made the diameter taper to a point and then moved each coordinate a fixed distance out around a central point. Once again, this is pure STL so no model. The Perl code to generate the STL is attached. This prints in vase mode so is fairly light on filament.

Just simple bowl mixed with Meshmixer. I recommend more layers on the bottom to have better stability. When I printed this, I used 1mm bottom and 0.5mm line width with 0.2mm layer-height. Printed in PLA and it's a bit soft, but acceptable to hold sweets or something similar.
