working for members of the Consequence Management Team, including
REAC/TS, and the responses received by John Crapo from the Consequence
Management Response Team, including from REAC/TS and their attachments;
2. Please produce emails and spreadsheets sent by and/or received by John Crapo,
email address: John.Crapo@nnsa.doe.gov, in 2017 and/or 2018 concerning the ages
of Consequence Management Response Team employees, including the ages of
employees at REAC/TS;
3. Please produce any listings, studies, reports, or analysis in possession of
John Crapo (John.Crapo@nnsa.doe.gov) and/or Dan Blumenthal
(Dan.Blumenthal@nnsa.doe.gov) referencing, concerning, or pertaining to the ages
of Consequence Management Response Team employees, including but not limited
to the employees at REAC/TS that were dated and/or prepared at any time since
January 1, 2016 to present;
4. Please produce any emails and other documents sent by and/or received by
John Crapo (John.Crapo@nnsa.doe.gov), announcing, concerning, or pertaining to
the suspension, and/or termination, and/or security clearance of Dr. Nicholas
Dainialc;
5. Please produce any emails and other documents sent by and/or received by Dan
Blumenthal (Dan.Blumenthal@nnsa.doe.gov), announcing, concerning, or
