Ancient Roman Glass Beads

Authentic Ancient Coins and Artifacts for Sale. Los

Angeles, California USA

My name is Gabriel Vandervort, and I began buying and selling ancient artifacts in the
late 1990's, born from a lifelong passion for ancient history. What began as a small local
business now is worldwide... I work with museums, universities, institutions, auction
houses, galleries and collectors in 40 different countries across the globe. I specialize in
genuine ancient artifacts for sale at very reasonable prices, with a primary specialty in
ancient Roman coins, Greek coins, and Roman and Egyptian artifacts.

My artifacts are all authenticated and legally acquired, and come from old collections,
museum deaccessions, auction houses and institutions throughout North America,
Europe and Australia, and I stand by my coins and artifacts with a 100% guarantee of
authenticity. With an over 95% return customer rate, I pride myself in honesty, quality,
and great customer relations!

About Gabriel Vandervort and Ancient Resource

For three years before entering into this fascinating world of ancient artifacts,
exploration and travel, I was a producer and writer for History Channel
documentaries. I soon became the "go-to guy" for ancient history documentaries,
including The Apostle Paul, Saint Peter: the Rock, The Twelve Apostles, and the series
The Most. After leaving the production world in 2002 I began developing my own
business before launching it in 2004.

I began Ancient Resource as an outlet for my love of antiquities and ancient history. I
feel honored to be able to expose people to authentic artifacts of the ancient world,
teach them about the history of the world at the time, and help them connect, through
physical artifacts and coin portraits, with the heroes and villains of ancient history. I
enjoy speaking at schools, bringing coins and artifacts for the children to touch and
hold. I see this as a rare and beautiful way to bring the often-intangible subject of
history into their very hands.

In late 2004, I set off on a month-long expedition through Egypt and Jordan with my
two good friends Kelly and Michelle Ramage. Every day was an adventure- we
avoided the "beaten path" and overly-touristed locations and instead stuck to ancient
maps and writings to find our destinations.

Ancient Resource - 1 Do Buy Some

Ancient Artifacts

I only buy certain ancient artifacts, if they meet these criteriae:

1. The item must be owned legally, having been exported from its country of
origin prior to 1970 and the UNESCO treaty.

2. Paperwork, documentation, auction records, receipts or official export
documents must be provided.

Artifacts from these countries are especially restricted,
and absolutely no exceptions will be made to the above criteriae:
Egypt, Iraq, Iran, Turkey, Cyprus, Syria, Greece, Italy, Mexico, Peru, all other Latin
American countries, all other Arab and UAE countries, any country suffering
political unrest, looting or cultural property protection issues.
* I do not do free appraisals of artifacts or collections. My time is extremely limited
and I am usually found juggling multiple tasks and projects entirely on my own here.
My apologies for this.

Ancient Egyptian Artifacts for Sale

All my Egyptian artifacts were legally exported from Egypt prior to the 1970
UNESCO treaty and my policies comply with all international trade laws regarding
antiquities. The items are legally and ethically acquired, coming from old American
and European collections and auctions. Provenance is not always listed in every
item description due to restricted space, but is provided on the certificate of
authenticity that accompanies each item. Enjoy!
